this isn't really a tip, but hundreds of tips in one

if you go to www.chriscrofttraining.co.uk/tip_of_the_day_download.html and click on 'download' you can get my little programme that will give you a tip of the day, every day - different every time. (Well, it will repeat eventually, but not for a long time!)

It puts a tip on your screen each time you start up your computer in the morning
And you can click for more during the day if you feel the urge.

If you decide you don't like it you can easily uninstall it again - just go to
Start / setting / control panel / add-remove programs.

Of course if you're working in a company with an IT department you may need to get their permission. But it is educational and useful so I hope you like it and they like it too. Many of the tips/thoughts are about life in general, so if work won't let you have it then you could always have it on your computer at home!

The tips are only short, so they don't really compete with Tip Of The Month, which will continue to arrive, and never repeat....
