Alignment of your personal goals with those of the organisation - at least approximately.Skills, particularly -
Being liked, and an ability to influence others.
Contribution - adding value to the organisation, as perceived by the customers.
Learning from defeat and failure:
Ongoing personal growth - from: reading, training, experiencing.
If possible, get someone you can trust to rate you on the above. And then take actions to improve any scores that need it.
